Our Billing Staff has over twenty combined years of physical therapy billing experience to address all your insurance concerns. We will:

• • Obtain and verify your physical therapy insurance benefits with your insurance carrier and obtain all insurance authorizations.
• • Help monitor expiration dates of your insurance authorizations, the limitation of the number of visits and prescription expiration dates.
• • Fax initial evaluations and progress reports to your physician before your next follow up appointment with your doctor.
• • Bill your insurance carrier on a weekly basis.
• • Collect daily patient co-payments, co-insurance, and deductibles to avoid having you remit large payments.
• • Provide patient financial statements at your request.
